Fan Yingyun is a member of the Internet Surveillance Bureau. Formerly a teacher of various computer programming and network skills in the People's Public Security University of China, she was fired from her job due to her subsequent actions that was later called the "Supernatural Hacking Incident." Officials from the Internet Surveillance Bureau pulled some strings to get her punishment lightened and had her transferred to their department, which she didn't like.

Resentful and bored out of her mind, Fan Yingyun trolls the internet with countless other trolls and flamers until she encounters Zhang Ye's works. She was attracted to the high level of Zhang Ye's scolding skills and became a fan.
Mostly known to Zhang Ye's fans as Big Saber Bro, her catchphrase "My large saber is [again] unable to endure the thrist" is the call to war of Zhang Ye's fanclub, with the number of 'again' signifying the number of times the she went to war on the web.
